Summer is here and you are invited to come down and check out the great new Out of The Blue Cafe!
From dining on the outside tables in the sun to a casual meal in the bar (with cold beer in hand of course) watching your favourite game, or perhaps a more classy evening in our newly renovated Out of The Blue Cafe itself!

We are open at 12pm for lunch until late evening for dinner - 7 days a week with a fantastic new summer menu!

We are proud to present the return of the salt and pepper squid, the Blue Pub Platter, a range of gourmet burgers and the home made lasagne.
New for our summer menu are some absolute stunners - refreshing summer salads including tandoori chicken and thai beef, a tender chicken breast w creamy blue cheese & bacon sauce and an incredible caraway crusted pork tenderloin w crushed red potatoes, caramelised apples and fresh greens.
And to top it all off  a range of superb home made desserts. You’ll love them.

While trying one of Chef's succulent delights, our friendly staff can advise you on a great wine match from our extensive wine list. We have a great balance of New Zealand whites (the best in the world) with some new Kiwi reds to help complement the fantastic Australian reds available.

Then finish off with your choice from our full selection of great coffees, liqueurs and ports, or simply walk through to the pub to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and entertainment available for the rest of the evening.

Functions & Conferences

With a seating capacity of up to 100 for dining and licensed for up to 288 people; Samuel’s Summit offers the perfect venue for all so why not let our Blue Pub Team arrange the function to fulfill all your needs.

Whether you require a formal sit down dinner or an opportunity to dance the night away with live music, we will ensure that all your requirements are satisfied. We can accommodate for larger numbers by using our marquee (6m x 9m) and mobile bar placed in Samuel’s outside beer garden. This provides an additional weather-proof food and beverage service area.
